Family Health Center of Harlem

This will be my 3rd time out of this week trying to call and make a dental appointment I've been #2 in position Queue for a hour... Just had to hang up now because I have other things to do... this is absurd. You guys have to get better at answering the lines and so people can schedule their appointments in a timely manner.

You can never get through to make a Dental appointment. Then this cue position thing set up where you can be #3 in line and still be holding for 3 hours for someone to pick up or you to move up to #2 in the cue. Unacceptable it’s been over 10 yrs I been dealing with them and nothing changed. I go other places though but they are close to where I live and you can never get through to speak to anyone to schedule a dental appointment

This clinic is horrible when it comes to the non-clinical staff. Rude, never pick up the phone, dental office is the worst at this. I take my daughter's here but will re-consider my options. This is not the only dental office and they act like it. I will take my insurance elsewhere. Thus place needs to be reported to all agencies that correspond and then shut down. Please pick up the phone dental department!

There are no trained personnel to draw blood. From here you will leave with several failed punctures trying to draw your blood, with bruises or directly to the emergency room. Don't even try to talk to a supervisor since they are not interested in knowing where they are failing

RIDICULOUS!! Just to schedule a dental appointment and they prolong the wait time on purpose. Another miserable establishment filled with lazy employees. Just quit and give your position to someone that wants to do the job.
