Theradynamics Physical & Occupational Therapy

I recently visited a facility that I believed would provide substantial assistance, particularly due to their claims of having therapists available for individual sessions. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. Appointments felt more like a mere formality rather than genuine opportunities for support. The facility accommodates numerous walk-ins, which means that if your appointment is scheduled for noon, you might not be seen until 45 minutes to an hour later. This raises questions about the purpose of appointments at this establishment.It became evident that the facility prioritized profit over the well-being of its clients, leaving me feeling disillusioned and frustrated. My physical therapist was overwhelmed, attending to five individuals simultaneously, which meant I did not receive the focused attention I required. Consequently, I was given incorrect exercises to perform, and when I requested a diagram, I was provided with the wrong one. This mistake resulted in further injury to my shoulder, leading to significant pain.Reflecting on my previous experience at this facility, I recall a time when it was not as busy, and I received excellent care from two outstanding instructors. Now, it seems that the focus has shifted entirely to maximizing the number of patients seen, rather than providing quality care. As I write this, I am in extreme pain, and my insurance is not covering the treatment for my shoulder only my neck issues, the reason I was going. I am hesitant to return, as it is clear that the therapists lack the necessary expertise. I urge anyone considering this facility especially at there new location to think twice, not out of malice, but in hopes that this review prompts the establishment to reconsider its approach and prioritize the well-being of its clients. Greetings When I first arrived, I could barely walk, function properly and I definitely could not sleep or stand without a great deal of pain. Now I’m back functioning walking without much pain and I’m sleeping! The staff here are absolutely amazing and patient, each and every time I come. They are professional, considerate and extremely supportive and understanding. They are also friendly and flexible. I so appreciate them! May GOD bless each and every staff member It is also very clean, always.

The staff here, from the front desks to the therapists are so friendly. My therapist Gio and Niyati have been tremendously helpful in helping me recover, giving me useful exercises and making me feel mentally better. 100 percent recommend!!!

I had a wonderful experience at this location. the staff is friendly and professional. It was a bit smaller than I expected for a physical therapy location, but the therapy was awesome and so was the therapist's. I feel much better I use the exercise they taught me at home as well. It was great

I have been coming here to rehab my left knee, the old location and new one are close to my home and well kept. I like the staff, alot! They are professional, yet compassionate. My favorites are Shivani and Anna.
