Absolute garbage service from service members, PAs and doctors who just do not care at all. If there's any way to avoid going here... Please do or else you will regret it.
The people in the front are very rude ( PHA’S ). They are not flexible & very lazy. Very slow working on medical side. They do not treat you with the up most respect even when you are respectful. They will send you out & they are very last minute with everything. On the other hand dental are very nice & well put together. very professional & nice attitude. I hope this place can get it together
The clinic is a normal military type you'll find almost anywhere. However, (Medical side) this one has some flaws nobody seems to want to correct. *Dental is fine.*
Positives:
■ Parking is always available
■ The general area is clean
■ It's close to the NEX and gas station
■ VA doctors here are great (I'm biased for my own)
Negatives:
■ The Sailors who work the front desk are unprofessional and seem to be focusing on personal and not official business. A small percentage will actually have their bearing in mind, otherwise, the rest are totally lacking in military bearing.
■ The phone. Nobody answers the phone, either at the front desk or the appointment line for Fisher Clinic. Trying multiple ways, including having the FHCC call, the dental side call, and even having them transfer my call, NOBODY PICKS UP. This needs to be fixed, but sadly I doubt anyone cares.
■ Reminder texts come in mere hours before, whereas others send them a day or two prior.
■ Poor inter-branch communication, leading to delays and poor health of the Service Member.
This place is god awful, they never answer the phones and when they do you either always get someone rude or get disconnected. Do they assume all active duty personnel are students, is that why everyone’s treated poorly?
