Toronto Minor Surgery Center – TMSC

From start to finish I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly and took time to listen. The doctor explained in detail what was going to happen and answered all of my questions respectfully and thoroughly. I was impressed by the caring nature of everyone there. I would recommend TMSC without hesitation. It is a 4 hour drive from where I live to the clinic, but I will definitely do it again when necessary. One of the staff reminded me of my favourite teacher from many moons ago and I told her so. She took the time to talk with me and did not brush me off because she was too busy. Thank you so much to everyone!

I had a small ganglion cyst removed on July 9/24, eight weeks ago. The staff was friendly upon arrival, didn’t have to wait very long before I was seen. Doctor removed the cyst pretty quickly and I was bandaged and sent on my way. Unfortunately, for me, my incision ended up getting infected. Trying to reach someone at the clinic was very difficult. It took me two days to finally get a hold of someone even after I sent photos by email of my infected incision. As you can see I’m left with a very ugly scar. My mom had the same procedure done years ago, and you can’t even see it on her wrist. I also sent pictures of my scar to the doctor, which told me to just massage it. Not sure I can massage this out. This was not my expected outcome, very displeased with the results.

Recently had CT surgery- excellent experience. Staff were kind and professional and throughly explained what to expect during and after the procedure. The clinic is very busy and efficient. I called on a Monday morning for an appointment and I received an appointment for my procedure the following week. I have avoided several weeks of unnecessary waiting and increasing pain by attending this clinic. My second procedure is booked for this month. I would recommend this clinic for anyone needing CT surgery.

Came in for a cyst removal. Amazing staff and great communication throughout the processed . Doctor provided a detailed explanation of the procedure, its duration, risks and all. Both doctor and nurse were very detailed in explaining post-op care procedures and what to expect and watch out for. Overall, the experience was very comfortable and I was in and out in less than 1 hour. Thanks TMSC.
