UCSF Children’s Emergency Department

i have been a patient at the emergency room more than once for several reasons and each time i have gotten really good care even from the rapid response team and the doctors when i was admitted to there hospital they take seizure's serious un like any other hospital that i have been to so i want to thank every one that took care of me when i was really sick if i could give this emergency room doctors and the others that took care of me i would give them a thoued stars i would even the firmly house took care of my sister wile my mom was be side me

We had to go to this hospital for my kids surgery. Nurse and doctor staff are mostly friendly and knows how to work with kids. Food for kids is pretty decent. Parking lot for the hospital is $16 for overnight and $8 up to 6hrs.

I am totally agree with other extreme bad reviews , we waited in a room for at least 8 hours before they were able to find a room for my daughter , she just had prolonged fever and we suspect she is dehydrated so we came to here , extreme bad service and wait time , avoide it if you can

SHAME ON YOU. They are shameless. My daughter had a fever that doesn’t go away and she had a second degree burn on her foot and her body flesh was red. I came here waiting 6 hours and they wanted me to wait more. I left at night and never will come back here again. I left without any service done for my daughter. Shame on the doctor who send me and shame on the world of idiots. The nurse who asked informed was very rude, he yelled at my son because there was a bed in the room he wanted to rest on. The nurse was rude and worn out. Why the hell are you mad? I pay youThis is against humanity to leave us out waiting like fools. The carelessness and the value of patient care is under 0 rate. They don’t care about patients, my daughter is 1 year old and was suffered for 4 days. I just felt like slabbing them on the face of all the pain for seeing my daughter helpless.They need to change the whole administration of this hospital. Otherwise they will lose patients. This hospital need to be reported.

I've been here twice now, and I'm overall quite impressed with the service. Let's be clear: ERs are generally a terrible place to be, but I feel like the staff cares and they operate with a lot of calm and professionalism.My only critique: I wish the waiting room had more protections against germ swapping. I don't know what that would be.The staff person who's dedicated to making your child a little more comfortable: That's actually a great service! Thank you team.
