I was shocked! I got an appointment that same day. What a pleasant, clean, welcoming place. Dr Peterson has amazing equipment I’ve never seen before. No more molds that made me feel sick, this equipment is amazing, touch wand across the teeth and the picture comes right up on the screen. I look forward to my next visit in a few weeks.
Dr. Petersen is very personable. He explained clearly what the appliance will look like and showed me an example. I was very comfortable during the evaluation and all my questions were answered. I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes.
He tried to give me a grind guard on my insurance I didn’t need just to make my visit worth his while.
Claims I am not a patient of record. I used to see another dentist in his location until he kicked them all out. I saw him one time for an emergency when my dentist wasn't available and what I said is 100% true. Avoid this guy. The staff is nice, though, lol.
