The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Snell is very knowledgeable. His bedside manner is very professional and a little terse. After the testing he was very friendly and walked me through my treatment and answered all of my questions. Only 4 stars because my afternoon appointment was over an hour late getting in a room and the man doing the x rays was very stern and not very friendly.

As others have said, it is a bit of a wait for your appt time, but to me, it was worth it. I have been in pain with my neck and back for 5 months now. I had a previous neurosurgeon who just wanted to load me up with pain medicine, which does not heal anything. Dr. Snell took his time and was extremely thorough and I finally have a treatment plan to get better. His staff members are also very informative and nice. Very thankful to have found this team!

My 3 month post surgery checkup was very thorough. X-rays were taken and then Dr. Snell reviewed them with me. Dr. Snell listened to my concerns and ordered 6 Moore weeks of PT. I am very pleased with Dr. Snell, his office, and my surgery.

I was very pleased with Dr. Snell and his staff. All were very professional and courteous throughout the process. They were able to get my surgery scheduled and completed within 2 weeks of my referral, and it was a night and day difference. Most of my appointments consisted of less than 5 minute wait time, with the exception of the final which I waited longer than I would have liked. However this is to be expected considering the number of patients they serve on a daily basis due to excellent care they provide. Hoping never to have another spinal injury, but if I do Dr. Snell would be my first choice.

Made an appointment as a follow up to 2 back fusion surgeries that Dr. Snell conducted in 2018 and 2019. This appointment was to confirm that my progress was good and let him know that I was virtually pain free. As is typical of our past encounters, he was thorough with his examination and status summary.
