You guys have the best children doctor Jennifer Watkins. Wow she is a very patient and caring doctor has been taking care of my 2 kids a baby and toddler and always answers and cares about my concerns that I have as a parent. She gets things done when important things need to get send or papers and follows up with how the babies are doing. Very friendly I'm recommending family and friends to the clinic and doctor . Also the nurses are very friendly and patient . Thank you doctor and nurses for caring about my babies

Provide pediatric care from 5pm to midnight. Very helpful for parents can't take their kid to doctor during the day. It's super clean facility.

My kids have been coming here over a dozen years. The quality of care has gone way down. They have just gotten way to big and it is at the expense of the care my kids recieve and the time we have to spend dealing with their beauracracy. Used to feel like I had a relationship with the doctors amd more like a family, Now it is just a big slow machine and my surveys are falling on deaf ears. Im unhappy. My kids are unhappy.

My daughter had an appt with Jennifer Watson she is amazing! Really took her time to listen to my concerns and also followed up with me to check how my daughter was doing, Just wanted to show my appreciation and say thank you!

I don’t know why they call it urgent care, if you need your kid situation get worse just go there then, they should call it: will see you after 10 hours, I have to wait 5 hours to have my kid checked up, it is ridiculous, especially if you taking your kid crying from pain and wait 5 hours, the fun part is that you could hear the admin calling names not there yet then she give them a call to ask them to come while you are there feeling the pain of your kid looking at your eyes saying Dad why are we waiting here and nobody in the waiting hall except us, I approached the nurse or admin counter to tell me that I have 15 people in front of me while my kid yelling from pain, it couldn’t be 15 people ahead of me it could be ghosts, management of this location need to do something..
