I work as an optometrist in Volusia County. I’m concerned about amalgam fillings in my mouth and would like them safely removed. I called to this office to ask if they’re accepting new patients and they told me they’re not booking any new cash paying patients for a year (nothing available until Dec 2025). I asked the cost for an exam and was quoted $250. Fair enough. But when I asked for a “worst case scenario” to have my fillings removed so that I could budget accordingly, I was told that could not be discussed over the phone. I said I am not asking for a quote. I’m asking for a worst case scenario so that I can budget accordingly. She refused to discuss with me. No doubt this dentist is good and probably even worth the money, but I am not understanding why there is no transparency for fees and would still like an answer and I’m willing to change my review when I receive an answer.
I recently visited a holistic dental office and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed and at ease. The service was top-notch, with every step of my visit carefully explained and handled with great care. What truly stood out to me was the cleanliness of the office. It was extraordinarily clean – the cleanest dental office I’ve ever come across. This attention to detail in maintaining such a pristine environment added to my overall confidence and comfort during my visit. Highly recommend! 10 stars out of 5! Book ASAP because the appointments for new patients is lengthy, but now I see why.
I would highly recommend Dr. Cuprill to anyone in search of a dentist who combines exceptional skills with a holistic and compassionate approach to dental health. I am extremely grateful for the care I received, and I can't wait for my next visit!
Dr. Cuprill is the best! He is super passionate about what he does and is one of the few doctors out there who is constantly learning and up to date with research etc. In turn, as a patient I get to learn new things too. I trust him completely (which is rare). The staff are wonderful too! Thank you so much for improving my health!
Amazing experience from beginning to end! The front office team is SO welcoming & attentive. The dental assistants Tricia, Jerry & Yitzy are so friendly, knowledgeable & put me instantly at ease. Dr.Cuprill is the Best in his field & is definitely worth the wait!! He listens & answered all my questions. He performed a Biological extraction of my tooth, and I was able to go back to work with no downtime! I just recently got my implant for the tooth & it looks & feels AMAZING!!! You can tell that he truly loves what he does.
