Push to have your family member taken to another facility. Nurses will ignore your calls for days and are extremely dismissive in person. We witnessed them releasing a visibly unwell person talking to themselves. They also released our family member with no phone still unwell 30 min from home. We had no idea they were released because no one contacted us. They didn’t take the time to set them up with a safe way home. The owners of this place needs to retrain the staff on client etiquette, clear protocols, and bedside manner. What you allow your staff to do falls on this company as a whole. If you don’t have compassion towards struggling families do not work in a mental health facility. Do better Aspire!

I was treated poorly when I went into this facility. They gave me very little to no food they only served milk.I wasn't able to use a bathroom in privacy. Staff was mean and dismissive didn't pay attention. When you'd ask for help , they would tell you to go away or we are not ready. They say you have the right to refuse medication and force you to take medication anyway Or you won't be able to leave. They speak In languages such as creole or French and laugh at the patients. I'm 18 and have depression and was locked between 4 walls with people 20-70 screaming people violence. They wrote on my chart that I was talking my self when I was just crying because a tech "Marie" was very mean and dissmissive.

If I could give negative stars I would 💔 I have to express my utter disappointment and disbelief with this mental health facility (in my opinion it shouldn’t even be labeled as such). Our experience left us feeling completely let down and hopeless. Despite a court order for a mental evaluation, the lack of attention and care was astounding. There was no therapy provided, and despite multiple attempts to communicate with the facility, there was zero response. I left 6 messages expressing my concerns! To make matters worse, the individual in need was simply released after 72 hours, without any support, resources, or even basic necessities like money and a phone. This level of neglect is not only heart-wrenching but also deeply concerning. While I understand the challenges faced by healthcare professionals, neglecting fundamental responsibilities demonstrates a severe lack of compassion and common sense. It's disheartening to see such disregard for those in need of help. This experience has left me feeling defeated and disheartened. It's incomprehensible how facilities like this are allowed to operate. We desperately need to do better for those struggling with mental health issues.

Today i was “released “ from this facility. I went in for several severe panic attacks. I NEVER want to see this place again or recommend anyone to seek help here. This place needs to be shut down permanently. The staff is rude, dismissive, speak in creole so you don’t understand what they are saying about you. The “psychiatrist” is a person on a video monitor. all they want to do is medicate you to make you think you’re crazy and they test you to see if you snap so they can keep you longer. There is no therapy whatsoever. I felt more like a prisoner than a patient. For the record I’m not a drug addict nor do I drink alcohol. I went in there for help I came out traumatized.

I gave a one-star review back when this place was lakeside and they took it off and shouldn't have since they are still the same if you care about your loved ones do not take them here. My mom has lupus kidney disease and brain lesions from all the pain she was going crazy and was wanting to kill herself her doctor called this location and had her sent here and if I would have known I would have put a stop to it. My mom waited longer than 24 hours for a bed she didn't see the doctor for almost a day and a half on top of that there were racist employees working there that wouldn't even acknowledge my mom when she was speaking to her my mom is the nicest woman and doesn't like to piss anybody off on top of that she kept getting denied medications by a rude pharmacist and if I knew her name I would state it. I'm very much tempted to Sue this place for medical negligence because when I came here back when I was 19 20 years old it was still run down and stupid. you guys should have stayed closed down and not have reopened if you care about your mental health don't go here it'll just make you more mental. I'm just saying if you don't like white people and don't like your job and don't like taking care of people maybe you should find a new job.
