My wife was treated through their Suboxone program, everything was going well for a month and that's when my wife slowly started reducing her Suboxone dose but that's when several true north doctors, particularly one started making my wife feel mistreated with hurtful comments and then began playing with her other crucial medications causing my wife anxiety, grief and depression to the point she relapsed but we quickly got her help through another clinic (Oasis in Sandy Hill) who quickly assessed her and what true north had done to her, they immediately restored her other medications, restoring our quality of life, (amazing staff) Looking back now, there wasn't any justification for what true north did to her/us, and perhaps we will take this matter further especially now that my wife is doing well. Our advise to true North, deal with your doctor's, they obviously believe there's no threat of loosing their jobs, we have audio recordings of my wife's last few appointments if you're wanting to take this seriously, this review doesn't do what happened to my wife any justice and btw we did speak with your head office in Toronto and your rep acted like she agreed there was indeed mistreatment but nothing changed
