4 months agoOur physio therapist Gary Arora provided us with good tips for healthy living at home. He also was very helpful by teaching us a wide range of exercises to improve mobility. I was quite anxious with this program but Gary was able to calm me down. Very happy with the results so far. Cordialement, Christina
