I'm waiting by the front door for my husband to come out which he cannot walk very well.. the parking guy comes out and tells me " this is a drop off and pick up only" I expressed that I was waiting for my husband to come out so then this guy goes to the back of my SUV to take pictures of my license plate. Then he goes in and gets security, the security guy comes out and tells me I have to move that it's private property and if I don't move he'll get me trespassed... First of all, I have a handicap license and I was waiting for my husband to come out which as soon as I moved because they caused me such an issue my husband came out!!! ITS A PIXK UP AND DROP OFF AND ONCE U MAKE ME MOVE HE COMES OUT! Such no care for anyone with disabilities . If you read the by-laws on a handicap license, you can park in no stopping, no parking for 2 hours but yet I still have to move. Disrespectful. Please explain to me where it says private property anywhere. AND the security guy would not give me his name.

I have had several eye procedures here over the years including scalpel surgery for retinal detachment -- it boggles me how they sew that back in place. There has never been a problem. Everyone from reception to orderlies, nurses, anaesthetists and doctors (mine Dr. Raman Tuli) has been excellent. The pickup and drop-off arrangements have always worked well. Many other 5-star reviews testify to a fine hospital with dedicated people. So, I scan those one-star reviews, some very lengthy, and I wonder. Are these all cranky patients, or is something else going on? People do not write all of these scathing reviews without cause. Maybe behind all this is senior administrative staff asleep at the switch, or just not bothered to do the job for which they are highly paid. They are ultimately responsible to correct or fire the employees who have treated these patients so badly. I shudder to think what I would have paid for all the care I have received, in a system unlike OHIP. But anything government-run spawns administrators whom nobody can access, sitting immune in lavish offices, ignoring situations that should horrify a conscientious person. If they were publicly exposed -- like some people seen in recent parliamentary inquiries -- maybe those senior jobs would not be so secure.

The staff at the surgical daycare unit are exceptional. They are kind and professional, and treated me extremely well for the two surgeries I’ve had there.

I frequent this hospital and am always pleased with the care and attention I receive from all of the staff and doctors. It's not a big hospital, so does not feel overwhelming when you are going in for surgery or other procedures. We are fortunate to have such a caring facility so close to us.

Never met more useless and unknowlegable doctors in my life. Had to wait months to see someone for slipped disks just to he told that they won't do anything about it. Great to know. Or how I went there for 6 months in and out just to do the exact same test every single time and still never found out what's wrong with me. If I pay 30% of my salary for Healthcare, even if I never benefit from it, can you at least do your job well? Please
