I'm very happy with the service and treatment here. I was never pushed to come in for more sessions than necessary. Theodore Calligeris explained what was going on, why I was having pain and what and why the exercises and treatment I was being given were necessary. I was provided realistic timelines and parameters for progress. Theodore was very knowledgeable and I never once had any second thoughts about the information and exercises I was told to do. Also very knowledgeable about sports, activities, and different movement modalités including Pilates. I would definitely recommend working with Theodore if you're in pain and feel like there's no hope. If you stay the course, that will change!
