a week agoOn my part, the clinic was terrible. It took 4 hours for someone to attend to me. When I managed to get in, no one would attend to me. Suddenly, the ambulance driver appeared, telling me I could leave if I wanted. I had already stopped to leave once before and the guy at the reception told me to wait and this man appeared. I was speechless. Whoever gives orders, the nurses. I have no complaints, but I never saw the supposed doctor. I don't understand how he can give a diagnosis without examining a patient. I was crazy, but I don't recommend him to anyone. The doctor works wonderfully without seeing the patients. How nice.

2 weeks agoWe came in at 1 am with my 9yo. Everybody was really nice. We got a room right away. My daughter is autistic and they were very nice and turned off the tv and turned down the lights for us. We got a room right away no wait time at all. Everyone who came to the room treated us with respected and kindness.

3 weeks agoYour staff was great on 3rd floor at room 341 I can tell you not one person was rude or mean at any time not even when my 2 room mates was total butt's to them they kept their selves in total control. The only reason I left before I was told by the doctor was because I was going to the tallahassee temple. And the doctor that done my upper scope told me she didn't see anything and didn't send up a order to release me i waited all day .and I don't have anything so say bad about your hospital, just the doctor's that come from the outside can be butt's they need to work on their bed side manners.

2 weeks agoHorrid experience all around. The parking lot, which is nearly the size of the building, was full when I parked so I should’ve just went elsewhere. (My mistake) Inside there was a full lobby of people coughing their lungs up. When I asked if I could wait in my car for a call to come inside, I was told their policy disallowed them to do so. So in order to be seen I’d have to wait for however many hours in a tiny lobby filled with folks coughing, or wait on the bench outside in the frigid cold wind. Their policy seems to be to keep you sick, and thus coming back/giving them more money.

2 weeks agoThe doctor on call was rude, had not bedside manners and did not explain what she was doing or what course of action was needed. The nurse was nicer but again, didn't really go out of their way to help. I understand that I went for swollen face and toothache that turned out to be an abscessed tooth but there were no doctors, dentists or urgent cares open on Christmas Eve at 3:00a in the morning. I had no choice but to visit the ER for this matter. I do not recomment SAER on HWY 231.
