EMS x2 talked me into going there because main campus was BUSY. Had to be transported to main campus ICU x2. Loud, aggressive male nurse. Told him to lower his voice upsetting me. LIFE FLIGHT AMBULANCE WAS TRANSPORT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, CARING, COMPASSIONATE, FELT SAFE WITH THEM. THEY RECOGNIZED I WAS IN DISTRESS.
Took a loved one to get some tests done here. Very clean facilities and corridors. The information staff is good however they could use more of them. This is a great hospital I was learning from a few patients in the waiting rooms. There is a east and west wing from the parking lot. They have their own police so everything is pretty safe outside. The Doctors are incredible and straight forward with facts. The staff is very easy to understand and helpful. This is a Great hospital for your needs.
Competent and compassionate care. Some people don’t understand an emergency room is not a deli counter. Cases are triaged, most urgent patients are given priority and waits for care increase. Neurology Department also uses the same waiting area.
They were quickly admitted to the emergency room, but no help was provided. I met with doctors who are generally contraindicated to work there. I would not trust the doctor who received us even to treat scratches in the future. The doctor did not establish a diagnosis, did not help, told to use only antipyretics. Completely dissatisfied
Sent me $130 in bills after my appointment, for which I paid my copay at the time, and casually gives me "yeah a lot of people don't know we send you a giant facilities charge after the fact, you get two bills."Doctor seemed professional and knowledgable, can't complain about them.
