From the moment we arrived the staff was incredibly polite, professional and efficient. Every step of the process made us feel confident about our decision to work with them. Dr. Lou had courteous and helpful bed side manner and was extremely polite before and after the procedure. My only wish is that every medical procedure we encounter in the future is even half as good as our experience here. 1000 stars! You won’t be disappointed.

I had an amazing experience at this pediatric sedation center. The staff was incredibly kind and caring, making my daughter feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. The doctor was excellent—professional, attentive, and compassionate. I truly appreciate the wonderful care we received. Highly recommend!

I am blown away by the staff! I was a little nervous coming here as my 3 year old needed to be sedated. However once walking into the office I immediately felt at ease. They were all so kind and explained everything in detail!I felt completely comfortable leaving my baby in their care. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

My experience with the American Pediatric Association was mixed. The phone service was quite rude, with poor communication. However, when I arrived at the clinic, the dentist was very attentive, assuring me that he would treat my child as his own. The nurses were also very kind, offering me coffee and providing great care. The communication over the phone definitely needs improvement, as even when I complained, the manager’s response was unprofessional, suggesting I find another place if I didn’t like how they spoke.

Dr.pena made me feel comfortable. He saw that I was crying because I was nervous about my 5 year old daughter being sedated. He advised me of the process step by step and ensured that she would be in great hands. The nurses made me feel very comfortable as well. I was a wreck but walked out of the office calmly and my daughter did great.
