if I could give 0 stars I would! The absolute worst facility across the board. Extremely unprofessional in every way from the front staff to the Doctor to the dental assist! This place needs to be shut down expeditiously!!!!!!!!! You wait HOURS TO BE SEEN if your on time or early but if your running 10 mins late you have to reschedule. They want you to be early to sit and wait on them for hours. Staff is ghetto rude and unprofessional. These are the low budget low quality facilities they saturate our neighborhoods with to make money and provide minimal service!

It is apparently acceptable to schedule a patient's dental appointment for a federal holiday, make no attempt to contact said patient about rescheduling when it's discovered that the clinic will in fact not be open that day, and then redirect to the after-hours line on the following day. Just tell me when I can get my teeth fixed
I was sent here after my time in a crisis center for severe panic attacks and this has by far been the most careless care I have ever received. The constant "scheduling errors" are something I can understand when you're short staffed and having issues. But I would wait almost 4 months for an intake appointment and they would call me the day before and tell me I needed to reschedule because of an error. They would reschedule me for another 2-3 months away. It's been almost a year since I've left crisis and I'm still on standby with a medication that isn't right for me but has severe withdrawal symptoms.
About a month ago I finally had an appointment set and received a text saying I had three intake appointments in the same week. I called them and they confirmed the appointments but also confirmed it was weird to have three intakes. I asked what I should do and they would transfer me until eventually I got hung up on. (this happened twice) and so I showed up for all three appointments and they had to pull me into an office for the second appointment and let me know that they messed my scheduling up and I didn't need to come in. It takes me 40 mins to get to this facility so that was good.
Finally when I saw a psychiatrist he belittled my concerns about medication and the serious diagnosis he JUST gave me in our first appointment and forced medication on me. So when we did our check up, I told him I wasn't comfortable taking the medication he prescribed and that I didn't take it that whole time and he continued to minimize my actual issues and concerns. Then proceeded to tell me that if I don't take the medication he prescribed, there is no other option for me.
So with that, I told him I'll happily struggle with my mental health without medication if that is how I'm going to be treated.
I could not believe the level of negligence at that place. It is unmatched. Places like these are enough to make people in really bad spots feel terrible and it might be enough to push them over the edge.
People need doctors who care in these situations, not doctors who have been jaded by a system that cares more about money than human life.
It's tragic.
