The facility is very rude and overall unprofessional. There is a small percentage of the employees who do show genuine concern and care; however, the latter are merely have no form of etiquette.Also if you are a black woman I would strongly urge you not to come to this facility, they look at you with disgust and don’t even want to touch you to conduct proper evaluation. This occurred not only on one occasion but also several times from the doctors to the medical assistants. I am looking forward to changing my provider today!
I just had an outstanding first visit with Leslie Saltzman. She was patient and very thorough. I appreciate her taking additional time with me to listen and address my concerns. I am so I pressed with her knowledge and ability to share information in a digestible manner. Not only that, the front desk staff was warm and welcoming. I am so happy I found this practice and Dr. Saltzman specifically. Thank you for a wonderful first appointment.
This is an amazing medical facility. I can tell my doctor really cares about wellness. They also have protocol to be inclusive to all walks of life. It's also very clean and sanitary.
I've been going to this location for about four years and love it. 2013-2014 there was a receptionist that was a little rude, but the exceptional service given by anyone else during that time was worth it. Ever since, all staff has been extremely sincere and helpful with literally anything big or small. Every care provider that I have seen has been very understanding in any illness or discomfort I have gone in for and went above and beyond to find an answer multiple times. I recommend this practice and its providers to everyone I meet (and have argued with a few people if they have disagreed :p ).
The service was very bad. Also bad behavior from woman her name Mira and other workers there I don’t I device you go there they cheated me and didn’t get my money back shame. I don’t recommended.
