Its really ashame that anyone has to be treated in such a horrible manner by the manager and staff at this office. They can't seem to keep an actual doctor at the St Lucie office as well. The attitude of the staff is so on the defensive, they make you afraid to speak!!!!! Their attitude is just like they say outright on their phone message "if you leave more than one message, this will delay the return of your call"....why? These are parents dealing with CHILDREN and the doctor and his staff are telling you, listen up....we don't care who you are or what you need, if you leave more than one message, we are going to delay returning your call. That should have been my first clue at how bad they were. BUT, it gets worse dealing with the office. They are unfriendly, demanding, abusive....how the hell can they truly help a child. The testimonials on their web page are needed by the very few who they have helped because their office is so bad, they have to put those there. Find a loving, caring doctor and staff for your child. You will not find that here.

If I can give this place zero stars I would! They are rude and very unprofessional. They DO NOT care about your child! They are the worst doctor we have ever taken our children to. The WORST! If you care about your child’s health and well being FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!!!

Apparently according to the comments here its clear that im not the only one with a bad experience, I went the first time and everything was fine the second time my wife doesn't know English as they already know and they were very racist towards us. -First they told her that she have to bring a translator and I went with her to translate for her. -they told us that I cannot come because I am the father and I am not a translator. Then they tell her that I will stay outside in the office so she goes in with our child with the phone so I can listen and translate for her......And well, we accept the terms and after waiting because after that they get my son inside to take his weight And the they say no, it's me who should come because she dont understand English, having already agreed that I should be with her on the call and since she knows more details about my son than I do. because she spends more time with him while I work. Afterwards I explained the game they had with us without any validity to maintaining the agreed agreement and they ended up telling us to leave the office because they would not attend to us. And I am not interested in any comments or answers from this office because logically they are going to comment in favor of the office but look at the bad comments from everyone and you will realize that no one here lies according to the facts.First they had given us the appointment and we agreed that I was going to translate for her because she did not know English, when we arrived they told me that I cannot come in because I am the father and they dont accept both father inside the office, even explaining to her as we had agreed that I was going to translate to her and that day I take my work day off for this appointment, Then they said that I can stay in the phote while she came in and I stayed in the waiting room working as translator.I found it kind of strange and stupid but hey, we accepted the terms. Approximately five minutes later they come and say that she can't come in and that the one who should come in is me who knows English, here it was something very uncomfortable because really if the Mother spends more time with my son and knows more details about his autism then what is the matter? What clearly happens here is racism. Finally they kicked us out of the office, very rude, and they sent us a letter to the House denying us service from them to my autistic son. For some behavioral compatibility and things like that, they changed their minds more than three times with me, my wife and my son!!!!About who was going inside or outside or tranlate whatever what ever!

Billed insurance for services they did not provide. Billed for services they did not even discuss with guardians. Diagnosed son with autism after less than 10 mins of “evaluating” and saying himself that he “did not know with him”. Referred to behavioral therapies after acknowledging son had no behavioral issues. Transactional. No empathy, no compassion and above all no real service provided.EDITED TO ADD AFTER OWNER REPLY: You were not transparent with anything regarding cost. In fact we received no quote. Your office called a day prior to confirm the appointment and said they’d send me a link to new patient forms to fill out, which we never received by the way. Nothing regarding cost was known until we got there. I did speak to my insurance and was advised we had no COPAY, so I shouldn’t have been charged the $350 in the first place. Try again. Furthermore, what does the cost have anything to do with what I stated?

My son was a patient of this practice for many years, after having issues with insurance the end of last year, and the office staff being incredibly rude and hard to reach, we weren't able to scheduled until the end of January, I had to call to cancel an appointment the same day as he suffered a seizure and was admitted to a hospital in Orlando, the office manager Karina decided to discharge my son from the practice. They sent me a letter in the mail which I have not received as of yet, 4 days later, she called and left me a message, I've been calling the office for 3 days to reach her, finally on day 3 I found out my son was discharged from their practice and now have to jump through all kinds hoops to get records so he can be seen somewhere else. Can't wait to see how LONG it takes for them to send records. I would drive 200 miles before I subjected my child again to this rude and inconsiderate practice.
