4 months agoThis VA clinic is just like all the rest, they only pump us full of pills and wait for us to die because they truly don’t want to deal with us. Especially on the mental health side with providers like Morris Smith. The VA is not there to truly help Veterans.

3 years agoKim Clifton is the most caring nurse in the world. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. She cares about her patients. So does Dr. Matos. She will help you anyway she can. She is very caring and puts her patients first. They are true examples of what a veteran should get from their dr or nurse. Great place to seek treatment.

3 years agoI have been with this va clinic for about 2 months. So far hands down the best one I have been to yet. The Doc calls me as soon as she gets results from any tests or x-rays. The actually want to help unlike the clinic in Hazard Ky

5 years agoI called to make an appointment, I answered her question and told her that I would like to make an appointment to try and start my va disability benefits but the response was very rude. "Does it look like there is a doctor here". I get it, it's been a long day but that was very rude. The lady that she transfered me to was nice and helpful. But the first lady kind of made me feel stupid for asking a question.
