AFC Urgent Care Bayside

Been to AFC Bayside a few times now and each time, the staff were wonderful! They are attentive, kind, and personable. I felt cared for and seen in a very efficient manner. From the start with the front desk to the clinic room, until the end of the visit, I felt like I was getting the care I needed. I recommend AFC to all my friends, family, and coworkers! Truly one of the best healthcare experiences I've had!

This is the best Urgent Care I have ever visited! The facilities are extremely clean and very comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Miguel and Cheyenne were very helpful and communicative, and made me feel reassured. Dr. Rogers is meticulous and detail oriented, and every concern I had was thoroughly addressed. The convenient location allowed me to pick up my prescription at the cvs right next door. Parking is available close to the building. Overall, I had an amazing experience and I will be coming back for a very long time!

Dr Rodgers and Nurse Miguel were wonderful. Very professional, knowledgeable, made my hand numb followed by stitching my hand with no pain. Great sense of humor to distract me and relaxed me to handle the injury. I will spread the good word!! Thank you so much. 🥰 Rori.

One of the best urgent care places I have visited . Ez form to fill out not an entire book. Great friendly staff. And what I loved mostly was the staff was multicultural and diverse. So I felt extremely comfortable. I hate going to a location and feel like they only cater to their kind. But I felt so very comfortable here. I had stitches taken out and the doctor was gentle and kind. Thanks, and I will DEFINITELY come back when I need a quick fix.

Anny at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. She answered my questions that i needed. Jasmine the Advanced Practice Nurse was extremely professional and nice. I was only given 1 year last year on my DOT and this year was given 2 years. She kept her word that if I fixed the minor issues last year that I would have a problem this year. They only charged me $110 which is extremely cheap for a DOT and I left there very happy. It's a big place and the wait was 5 min of filling out breif paperwork. Not my life story. Everything was clean and didn't feel like those dirty City MD type of places. Your just a number and money to them. This place they actually make u feel like a person and not just someone to make money on. I gave 5 stars cause these are good people who care for your situation and give advice on what to do to make things better!!!
