As someone who fears the dentist I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had in a dental office. Dr. Keshav and his staff, Janice and Kelly, are very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of dental care, especially those who get a little anxious like me. 10/10 experience!

Dr. Keshav is fantastic. He was very informative about my dental needs. Dentists that have treated me in the past did not explain in detail why they poke my gums and then read off the numbers (periodontal charts) and what numbers are good numbers. He gave me a game plan to help make sure my gums, teeth and bones become healthy again. I had to have one tooth extracted (my first) since it was cracked and he made sure I comfortable and that I did not have any major pain during the procedure. This was very important to me since I've never had any cavities, fillings, etc. The office personnel was very kind and will treat you like a friend. I would highly recommend this dentist for personal dentist.

Thank goodness for this dentist and his staff! We had a dental emergency toward the end of the business day, and not only did they see us right away (within minutes of my call) but they assessed the situation and handled everything the very same day!Dr. Keshav was friendly and kind. This was so important, especially since my daughter was nervous about the procedure. He had her laughing and relaxed in no time, even changing the office music to her favorite band.We will be switching to this office for our regular visits.Thank you Main Street Dental!

I’m super-happy I found this wonderful dentist in Ramona! Dr. Keshav seems to be up on the latest research, and him and the staff are always pleasant and cheerful. To be honest the dental cleanings are much less painful than I’ve experienced at any other dentist, although I don’t know how they do that.

Was a great experience going here. I hadn't seen a dentist for years, Dr. Keshav and his staff made it very fun, quick, and easy. I had a tooth break and it was a very pleasant and painless visit. Will be recommending and returning.
