    Absolutely horrible place! So unorganized. Can never get an appointment unless you have a nurse or dr call to schedule and today I received a call back on a message that was left 2.5 - 3 weeks ago about my parents medication!! So much for the “better care”. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

    I showed up to my appointment today just for them to say my appointment was for a different time other then what was on my card. Instead of them trying to fixed the mistake they made, they want me to go all the way to to look for an appointment card that I no loner have. It took me forever to get this appointment because no one ever answers the phone or call back. The manager I spoke with today is extremely rude and is always rude when it come to her Staff mistakes.

    I love the doctors here but the nurse at the front desk is extremely rude. My PCP knows that my husband and I usually come in together because of his disability and yet they refused to let me go in with him because I hadn't been registered when they could have easily registered us both at the same time especially since my appointment was right after his.

    Had to rate it in order to make a comment, stay away from this clinic. Unprofessional staff. calls and messages are never answered, even when their clinic has no patients to be seen. Rude medical assistan, not all. And when you show up they wanna take your name and number so they won't have to deal with you. Everyone should call the health department.

    Definitely do not recommend attending this particular location. If you ever reschedule a chiropractic appointment in advance chances are their front desk staff will confirm to have it updated in their system, but when the day arrives they’ll swear it was a technical error and mark you as a “no show” (with no notice) even though you followed the correct protocol, confirmed your appointment time through their automated text messages, and arrived there 15 mins before your scheduled appointment. I lost of day of work because they claim their system made a “mistake” when in reality they weren’t careful enough when doing their job and overbooked patient appointments. I asked for a third rescheduled appointment while there, but they couldn’t do that for me because they would have to call me when an open slot appears (if it ever will). Overall, I had a horrible experience and their customer service needs great fixing. The way the staff handled the situation was very unprofessional.
