Care Gateway Medical Red Deer | Chronic Pain and Opioid Addiction Clinic

Dr. Mosli IS NOT a pain management specialist. I can not stress enough if you are dealing with WCB or the Alberta Advisor Committee do not seek treatment here for pain management. I invested 1 year of my valuable time only for him to shut down a 17 month appeal. I had a severe work accident leaving me with severe injuries prosthetic left shoulder, TMJ, neck back injuries and PTSD. He only added to my stress and despair. The pharmacy team was equally as bad. Over prescribing and under prescribing my medications. Lack of communication with Dr. Mosli. But worst of all spelling my name wrong on my prescriptions! This clinic better tighten their belt straps before someone dies. I regret removing my first review. Do not reply back with a lame comment that you provide a safe caring environment. You provide to the vulnerable and I can not be the only patient to have been mistreated! Proceed with caution!

Would not recommend if you have anything to do that day. Had an appointment just for a meet at 10:30 and was still sitting in the waiting room at noon. I would think if you’re that far behind you would call people and ask them if they want to reschedule, not just expect them to sit there for hours waiting. The front staff was nice, I will give them that.

My names Brandon. Ive been struggling with opiate addiction for quite a few years and Dr. Mohammed Mosli has done everything is his power to help me through my treatment he is an amazing doctor! I am so grateful for this mans help I highly recommend going down to care gateway clinic and talking to the girls at the front for any help you need regarding addiction treatment truly I can't express how grateful I am thank you to the whole team down there! Ps the girls at the front were very kind and understanding made me feel very comfortable even offered me some chocolates also Steve the pharmacist was very knowledgeable and kind to me as well! thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for all you've done for me!

I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Mosli and the amazing staff. Dr. Mosli himself helped me through the doors! The administrative and nursing staff were so kind and welcoming. Dr. Mosli actually listened with care, and was knowledgable, thorough and very understanding of what was going on with me. His treatment plan was inclusive to treat on multiple levels, and for the first time in I don’t know how long - I’m actually feeling a huge relief from pain and have such hope for the future. There is such tremendous need in the city of Red Deer, and we are truly blessed to have such outstanding care. I am overwhelmed with gratitude, admiration and appreciation.

The doctors here will force and bully a client to MAID. Run away as fast as you can!! No help to be found here, only death!! The Dr is not licenced, trained or recognized by Alberta Health or the College of Physicians as a specialist. This clinic is misleading at best negligent would be the word I would use. update Thank you for your reply however, your clinic has already FORCED me into the MAID program with no other options. Again, when you have GPs masquerading as specialist damages get done. I find it interesting that MAID excepted my condition without question, but your “Specialist” without qualification declined to treat me for the same condition. Please prove me wrong post his qualifications with backing documentation onto this review I know you cannot do this!!! Prove to the public that you employ actual specialists, not ones that are pretending or I will post the college investigation report once it is completed to prove my point. This clinic is unethical, abusive, inhumane, and without morals. I guess you forgot that patient care should be your priority!!!! why would I let you continue with my Care? You have already sentenced me to death with your Inhumane abusive demeaning patient care. Give your clients the care they deserve and close your clinic.
