My husband and I had a wonderful experience. The customer service was amazing and from being a new patient and working us in the as soon as possible with my husband severe wisdom tooth pain and possible absence. Jennifer and the office staff was fantastic through the entire process in taking care of all the details to have everything flow smoothly. Dr. Samuel Robinson went above and beyond to make sure we had everything pre oral surgery and post too. Thank you so much for making our first experience a great one.
While the office staff seemed a little disorganized (they asked myself and the patient that came in after me if we had filled out the online patient paperwork. Both of us responded that had we been asked to we would've done so) Dr. Robinson was very efficient and is very good at putting patients at ease. He described everything as it happened and made sure to tell me it's normal and nothing to worry about. By far the easiest extraction I've ever had!±±
Dr. Samuel Robison and his staff at Richardson Oral & Facial Surgery are fantastic. I have had so much dental work done over my life that I do not always want to under go more work especially extractions in preparation of implants.
Dr. Robinson is amazing when performing procedures, never hesitate to seek treatment with Dr. Robinson. You will be pleased that you did and wonder why you did not seek treatment sooner.
