My 97 yr old mother is recovering from a fractured hip and clavicle. Brenden and Alex have been working with her to strengthen her muscles and regain mobility. They are kind and patient as well as being skilled in their work. We are delighted to see the progress in my mother’s mobility! She is even taking a few steps with a walker now. Having in-home physiotherapy has made all the difference.
FisioMed has been working with my 90 year old dad for over a year now. His therapist has helped him work through a series of small strokes and he has regained the use of his right arm. They are very patient and willing to find ways to work with their clients. This is a blessing as my dad, at times, can be rather stubborn. Thank you Kai.

We booked an appointment for Monday last week - we booked online for the available time as per their online booking platform - the company called and said they could not accommodate Monday and moved the appt to Wednesday. Today we get another notice that the appt was now moved to Friday - without any call or notice or even query from the company to see if that time and day worked or not. Given this physio is for someone recovering from a significant injury - a one week delay is very significant. We have chosen to not move ahead with the services from
