    My experience at Riverside Medical Clinic Brockton has been extremely disappointing. There’s a doctors in particular who doesn’t show empathy for their patients and has repeatedly failed to address my requests for necessary medication.Dr. Gloria G. Carreon, in particular, has been the worst doctor I’ve encountered. Her attitude during appointments has been dismissive and disrespectful, making me feel uncomfortable and judged. She appears inattentive, mainly forgetting details of our conversations moments after they occur, which ultimately raise my concerns about her ability to provide competent care.It’s shocking and disheartening to see this level of behavior from a Harvard-educated professional. I cannot recommend this clinic or Dr. Carreon, as my experiences have only worsened my mental health after every visit. 1 star.

    If I can give this “Medical facility a BIG NEGATIVE 0” I would! I moved to Riverside 2 years ago and started to come here to this clinic from living in Whittier. I have NEVER been so disappointed, disrespectful, miss treated, and neglected by a health facility in my life! I been a medical assistant for 19 years and I would never treat people this way. I have gone to the GI doctor here and was by passed by lack of communication and the disrespect that they have shown me! I have had a colonoscopy prior and had polyps and I was seen by the GI doctor here in March 2024, they gave me scheduled colonoscopy, which I was not able to make and only cancelled once and very early prior. I had to cancel due to my father in law having onset Alzheimer’s and dementia. My back was also really bad, since I had major surgery back in Oct 2023. I asked in April to get an appointment in July, I was told to contact ERICA back in the middle of June to reschedule due to scheduling was not available. I contacted them in the middle of June like I was told and got a text back! Not a call back! That they didn’t have anything till October, I had let them know that I’m having a second back surgery on October 1st and that I told them I was only doing what Erica told me because she told me to contact her in the middle of June. They continued to say and call me to push back the date to September. I am not able to do it because I will be bedridden after surgery. I called and messaged multiple times to ask for a supervisor and did not have one person call me back and Jose continue to call me and tell me they had appointments further and further out till December! How was this my fault? I finally had to walk into the clinic to talk with a supervisor and I as giving a patient advisor which told me that if they give me a dad for the colonoscopy to “make sure I keep my appointment” and then an assistant to the supervisor “Teresa” which also was no help and blamed me for not taking any dates that was given. Then promised me that her supervisor Sylvia was going to call me the same day but didn’t contact me at all until again I had to call her and when I did get a hold of Teresa she got offended that I was upset and angry. But, she was talking over me and raising her voice to me. Then continued to say what did she want me to do because Sylvia was as in meets all day and unable to call me. Then told me she was going to hang up on me because I was raising my voice and being disrespectful. Please do not go here for the your health. I have not gotten a call back as of yet.

    I have bern a patient here for over 40 years and it has been great. For the last 2 years the medical care has been subpar and it is totally unacceptable. Now getting an appointment here is a joke. Tried to get a follow-up appointment regarding testing is impossible. I have an ongoing condition that needs to be treated and I got the results of my tests ordered by 2 different Dr's on My Healthy Connection, but have never heard from either Dr. Tried to get follow-up appointments and they said they could schedule me in December. Messaged both Dr's. on My Healthy Connection. No response. Never can see my regular Dr. I'm so done with them.

    Had my appointment at 1:30, and they told me he was running behind and come back in an hour. 2:30 rolls around and I come back but still hearing the same excuse. End of story didn’t see the doctor until 5:30. They need to stop over scheduling doctors and give realistic time estimates for these appointments.

    Scheduling appointments at this office is a total joke. You are lucky to get something 6 months out with your PCP....lucky! Usually, you wind up seeing some doctor you dont know. Same with the satellite offices in Temescal Canyon. They have canceled my appointment 2x. I've been waiting close to a year for a specialist. I've been a patient over a decade at Brokton. This place is no longer worth it. Today I filled complaints with Blue Shield over their horrible service and at Brokton itself. The one saving grace was my doctor Dr Hwang. Too bad I can never see her. Save yourself frustration and find another doctor's office, I am.
