Cold atmosphere and exam rooms. It's not like a public clinic. The questions they ask are despicable and insulting.

Refuse to return ever again!
Called to be seen, got transferred 10+ times and was on the phone for over an hour, mostly on hold, on the last transfer I was told that the provider was out on lunch and was unable to make an appointment. VA doesn't give a shit
I'd rather get treatment from a unlit parking lot in downtown Mexico city. Although not the worst clinic I've seen. the wausau clinic is everything you can expect from a federally run organization. My advice to all other vetrans is to stay as far away from the VA as humanly possible. They will try to kill you with there insentafied fda aproved medications long before they suggest anything as crazy as diet and exercise. And they love experimental medications cause we are all still government test dummies for the pill pushing corporations. But no more covid nazis at the front doors ready to refuse treatment to anyone not on board with that insanity . So that's the 1 star I gave. Ugh
I walked out yesterday after some guy told me I had to wear a mask.I showed him my Covid-19 vaccination card & had the virus for a week 2 years ago just before I started to get the shots.I am fully vaccinated & no one that is is required by Wisconsin law to wear a mask.I was at St Michaels ER in Stevens Point in January & February & both doctors told me I had very little chance of ever getting the virus again.The first thing I did when I came home was email Senator Ron Johnson in Oshkosh about the incident.The Madison VA shot something in my IV back in July of last year, then pulled the IV out & 9 months later, severe mucous especially after I eat.I was supposed to see Dr Mahmood about it because the Madison VA screwed me around on travel pay 5 months last year & Rothschild PA Dorothy Roback didn't do anything on January 10th.
