Today I made the final decision to find another facility for my mammograms. There's no warm greeting from the receptionist/administrative staff. Just a closed window with a sign and an arrow pointing to a tablet. Once I filled out the tablet, then I had to go to my phone and fill out more!! I'm told it's a "general consent" from the corporation. In over 50 years in Healthcare, the LEAST they should do is greet patients and tell them that. They wanted my religion?? I was to give permission to have students in the room? A simple WARM conversation would go a long, long way. Last year the sign with the pointer said: "sign in and we'll call with you when we're ready," This does not include the. the technician, who was very kind and warm.

I am almost 50 years old and have always hated getting my mammogram done every year. It always hurt and was super uncomfortable. I had mine done this year at The Mammography Place and it was the most comfortable and painless one I have ever had. Sherry was amazing and I even told her that she single handedly changed my view on getting future mammograms. I will NEVER go anywhere else... They are the absolute best!!!

The waiting room has spiders. I was sitting in the waiting room waiting on my wife to come back from a bone density test and I was just looking around on the ceiling and I counted 4 spiders. Not sure what type they was but there really should not have been any at all. That place should be sterile.

Wonderful place to have your mamogram. You can get appointments quickly. You never have to wait. The woman who signs you in is so sweet and very proficient . They have the 3D mamogram machine and it not as painful as the older machines.
