Clear Behavioral Health – Virtual IOP

These guys LITERALLY changed my life. I went in a nervous wreck, unable to focus on even the most basic and necessary tasks, and so emotionally unstable I could be laughing then crying then angry in the span of 5 mins. They have a multi-disciplinary approach with medication management, group therapy and individual therapy. The therapists are kind, compassionate, down to earth and incredibly knowledgeable. The providers take time to understand the underlying issues and help patients understand their medications and why they recommend them. They use meditation and yoga to augment the rest of the therapy making this an incredibly well rounded and EFFECTIVE approach. I am a working professional, parent, and student pursing career advancement and the years of pressure from juggling all of these roles along with past trauma left me in such a desperate state I had no idea how I was going to put myself back together. I thank God everyday I stumbled upon their website because Karen (case management) picked up all the pieces of what my life had became and handed them back to me. Christine(individual therapist) armed me with some glue and all the group facilitators, as well as my group peers, helped me put them back together piece by piece. Thank Karen, Christine,Geoff, Brittany, Zack, Linsey, Reid, Quin'c, Kelsey, Quine, Armondo, and anyone else I may have forgot.... words cannot express my gratitude, but I tried :)
