5 months agoMy Father in law was recently there and it was not a good experience. There was too much time for him to receive care after he soiled himself. My mother-in-law came to visit him and he had a temp of 101. No one found this out until a late shift. He was also clearly in a lot of pain but that too wasn’t addressed sufficiently. He had so many issues while he was there he had to go back to the hospital. Thank God he did.

7 months agoThese wonderful men and women take excellent care of my mother. I’m beyond grateful for the care and compassion my mom receives on a daily basis. I highly recommend this company for your loved ones, they will be treated like family here.

3 weeks agoI had a very bad experience, I do not recommend this place to anybody, they are a one star nursing facility, retention rate is horribly low, staff call in sick constantly, and they give you no formal training when they hire you, and there is no 401(k) plan at all, they do not value their employees whatsoever

a month agoDoesn’t even deserve a one star rating. They treated my grandmother poorly. They did not care for her, they did not take care of her wounds. She was neglected and abused by the staff. They tried to refuse to return her walker, they stole clothes of hers. She is now in the hospital suffering a major infection because of the neglect towards cleaning her wounds. The staff wouldn’t help her use the restroom when needed. I would NOT send my worst enemy to this place. They were nothing but rude when I would call asking information, they would hang up on me and when I would call back they would yell at me for calling. She was 100% in her mind, she knew what was happening to her. She ended up calling 911 herself because they were not helping her.She ended up passing in the hospital- her infection had become septic.

a year agoThis is the absolute place for your loved one to live. My Mother is blind and has dementia so we were very worried about finding a place that would give her the love, care and respect she so deserves. The staff here never sit down, are so very friendly and leave the impression they really enjoy caring for your loved one. My Mother recently had her nails painted by one of the staff. I know that my Mother feels safe here and that has tremendously put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Adira as a place for your loved one.
