I had two appointments with Amanda Larson, who was professional and patient and thorough when answering my many questions. I was scheduled to meet with Dr. Tawari at 8:30 this morning. My husband and I arrived at 8:15 and I signed in with a lovely young woman. We were taken to the exam room at 8:30 and told the doctor would be in shortly. We waited for 25 minutes without anyone popping in to tell us what the delay was so I went into the hallway where 3 going women were sitting at computers, chatting away and eating. They said the doctor would be there shortly. Finally, at 9:15, my husband and I got up and left, telling. the staff that our time was also valuable and expressing our extreme displeasure. On the way out, I spoke with the young woman who had signed me in.She was appalled that I hadn’t been seen. I will contact the office e tomorrow and express my displeasure to the office manager. What a waste of time.

In 2 years I have managed 1 appt here. It took a year to get the original appt. All folliw ups have been rescheduled for 5-6 months out. Then canceled again. No concern for the patient at all. They couldn't care less.

I truly wish that there was a way to give zero stars. I have never in my life worked with a provider (Andy Pierre and April Price) that does not keep appointments. I received a call this afternoon to cancel another appointment. This makes cancellation number three. I am wondering if it is because I am black! Yes, I brought race into this, I find myself always fighting for my health. I am walking around in extreme pain with numbness in my arms and fingers all the time and not one person cares. I get the same line each time. There is nothing we can do the provider is not available. My appointment was for next week Tuesday yet you are calling me on Thursday telling me that April Price will not be available. My appointment was already on the books. No doubt the new appointment that was just given to me of December 27th will be cancelled as well. Mark my words it will be! Dr. Pierre and Ms. Price should be ashamed that they do not honor their commitments. They have told me three times by cancelling my appointment that I am not important on any level.

I called on a Monday ask to have Dr. Catherine to call me about a new medication I am on. I had to call back on thursday to ask when she was going to me. Well the answer was that she is seeing patients and she will call you when she has some down time. Not a good answer and person that answer the phone was rude

I need negative stars cause they don't merrit a star at all. They think their opinion is all that matters. You go in to get healed they give you a med that does nothing, they send you to physical therapy which only makes matters worse and the epidural steroid injection they sent me to get I think was water because it did no good at all. And they basically refused to treat me in favor of some vudo pain management. I wanted to get fixed and healed not keep living with this pain forever which unless I can find someone else is exactly what I'm going to have to do is continue to live with it. Because they sure as hell don't care.
