They are the BEST! I can finally breathe now. Glad I found them. The front desk staff is friendly, they never rushed me through. They always respond to emails on the same day. I was a bit confused initially, but it was mainly because I was too shy to ask questions when they had their window closed lol. But I am fine now! I get my allergy shots there twice a month, Ms. Veronica and another experienced nurse (sorry not sure about her name) are professional and kind. Dr. Calais is empathetic. He listens and ensures you understand the situation and how to take care of yourself. As a patient, I feel taken care of well. :)

I have been a patient of Dr. Calais for the last 2yrs. I have received excellent care. He is very thorough. Dr Calais takes his time with his patients and really listens to you to find out what is going on. He also asks questions of you to develop the best plan of treatment. He always offers multiple solutions to take care of my health. Dr. Calais and his staff go above and beyond what's expected and they are always very professional and knowledgeable. They have always been a big help to me. Dr Calais's staff explains the financial elements of each appointment in advance, in a clear and concise manner so that I know what to expect. I would recommend Dr. Calais to anyone.

If you’re looking for an allergy/asthma specialist, look no further. You have found the perfect place! Dr. Calais and his staff are the definition of professionalism, exceptional customer/patient service, and knowledge. The office is always nice and clean. The wait time is minimal. The clinic is gated, and you need to be buzzed in which makes me feel very secure. This practice truly is amazing.

I want to say Dr. Calais is the most thorough and knowledgeable allergist I have been to in year. I get follow ups to make sure I am good. I genuinely felt listened to and cared for here. I had an issue with Dr. Calais not looking at the results of a chest scan he ordered last year but as soon as I asked him to address it he did. I started trying to come in for allergy shots a few months ago and was waiting 30-45 min before walking out several times and never actually getting the shot. I waited almost 2 hours to see the dr one morning before waking out again. The staff is friendly but I just don’t have the time to try to receive treatment here right now.I’m updating my review from 3 to a 1 star based on the accusation that footage and records were reviewed and my review was found to be false. If this practice is going to lie like that I’m glad I’ve decided to stop giving them my business. I stand by the fact that other than wait times and the overlooked scan I felt like I was receiving good care…
