The Oncology Institute

Office staff were so friendly. This was my 1st visit & I felt so welcomed. The doctor was very polite and professional. He provided me with good information even though my records were not sent to him. Dr Antic wow I felt as though he cared about me, he answered all my questions. I was just following up on my annual checkup so I’m hopeful he’ll remain my oncologist. I’ve been cancer free for almost 10 years.

I really like my cancer doctor and I really like everybody in the office there they’re all really sweet and very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Even the doctor. He answered every question I asked him and he was awesome.

The office manager was very nice, I was seen by the doctor right away. The doctor was very nice and caring, explained the chemotherapy I was getting and the reason for it. The waiting area was very clean and nice. I now have a chemotherapy appointment for October 1st. At first it wasn’t easy to get through by telephone however the office manager explained the situation and how difficult it has been trying to re-open this department and getting a new staff of chemotherapy nurses. She also added that new phone system was being installed soon.

Dr is great. Getting a hold of your dr office is a nightmare. It’s practically impossible. Then I got an email address from one of the people I thought worked in the office. Turns out nope she’s a scheduler and took a week to respond to email for prescription refill same to reschedule an appointment. So if you don’t mind spending hours not over exaggerating on the phone and you will get hung up on and have to call back start all over then this is your place.

Wasted time. The office staff was cordial and the MD was satisfactory. This was a first visit. My vital signs were taken by the staff. The MD just said he couldn't do anything until I had lab work done, so he gave me a lab order sheet.
