2 months agoI found service to be excellent with attentive staff who make my appointments easy. There is plenty of space when I have weekday appointments and the building is modern and nice. Parking can be difficult so be prepared to drive 2-3 blocks.

7 months agoOkay I would like to post a review for adult primary care and my baby’s pediatrician.Primary care : Dr. Michelle Wong she has been good. She takes her time during our visits and she answers all of my questions even if they seem silly. She has helped me keep track of my health and gave me lots of guidance for preventative care.My son’s pediatrician: Dr. Chow. He’s very knowledgeable and always explains everything throughly. He has seen my son for his 1st month of life, a constipation problem and he will be seeing him for his 2 month vaccines this week. So far I really like him and his recommendations have been very helpful, also, when constipation problem came up, I was able to schedule a same day appointment with him which is great !I love that they have primary care, optical , pharmacy, labs , and dental in the same clinic. Very convenient and the best part about this clinic is their hours! For someone who works in the service industry Mon-Friday it is a miracle I am able to schedule late afternoon appointments and Saturday appointments ! Thank you! Looking forward to continue my care here.

5 months agoDr James Lee is absolutely amazing I’ve struggled finding a dr I feel like listens to my needs and helps me fix the problem. But dr Lee is 100% the best Dr I’ve ever had he listens to my needs and provides solutions to the problems I’m telling him about. He is so kind and actually listens to what I tell him .. if you’re looking for a good Dr I 100% recommend him. I wish there was more than 5 stars he is amazing thank you Dr Lee for making me feel heard and making me feel comfortable at the Dr again. I’ve never had a Dr I felt comfortable talking to about my issues before and now I do and I never want to switch drs ever again

7 months agoI needed an urgent doctors visit so I took the first available appointment early in the morning and the doctor I spoke with let me fully explain in detail what I am going through and she told me I need to go to my primary doctor??? WHAT IS THE POINT of having me waste my time and getting emotional having to explain what I’m dealing with only for the doctor to tell me I have to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor anyway? What a bunch of baloney. You WASTED my time and the other doctors time. What the hell is wrong with this place? Also your phone system is GARBAGE because every time I get disconnected or miss a call from the doctor or clinic we have to wait in the queue and waste even more time just trying to get ahold of the person or place we were speaking with. It’s 2024 and your phone system should not be this complicated. PLEASE don’t tell patients to schedule with another doctor to receive faster assistance if the doctor can’t even help that patient you are WASTING EVERYONES TIME!!!

2 years agoTerrible experience ever! My mom had an appointment for blood draw at 11:40. Then she waited there with empty stomach for 30 minutes! But couldn’t get her turn! It turns out the reception desk forgot to check her in! After 45 minutes, she finally got her blood draw. Then the nurse forgot to do her blood cell count! They have to put a needle in my moms arm twice! The most careless and disorganized service! The most terrible experience EVER!
