Dr. Bach and Dr. Gupta have been incredibly skill, kind, and professional doctors. They have gone above and beyond even placing a referral to clinics in SF and Stanford to ensure my oral medical needs are met. Next, Vickie has been so wonderful and kind. She's consistently been genuinely friendly and would always remind me of my upcoming appointments! I appreciate the front desk staff, the dental assistant Jane, and the doctors very much. I'm even more grateful they accept MediCal while I'm admist my career training in college.They also make custom night guards for those with grinding and its very effective! It was fully covered by my insurance which I truly appreciated!I recommend this clinic to all my friends and family who are looking for quality care! This place doesn't deserve not even 1 Star. This is also, a bad place to work at. The doctor manager and the front desk are very rude, unpleasant, unprofessional. They are very difficult to work with. The doctor manager was always shouting at me for anything. The front desk was harassing me every day since I logged in until I logged off to go home. It's very uncomfortable. Hopefully someone would stop them so they can change their bad attitude at the employees and coworkers.I wonder if they were ever required to see the videos from the State of California violence at work. That video describes their bad behavior.
