Dr. Hope is such an amazing person and professional. We've been here 3 times, and every time, I'm satisfied leaving this place. I really appreciate the front desk lady. She's super polite and has been there since the first time we went.
I guess the only thing that bothered me today was the assistant, but maybe it's due to her age on her way of communication and delivery. She had my son and myself upside on a chiar while she worked on my daughter. I think this made the anticipation much harder on my son. We should have been just allowed to sit normally on the bench and watch how she worked on my daughter.
Other than that, this place is definitely top notch and would definitely recommend!!!!! I will not change Dr. Hope.
Dr. Hope and Janine did an excellent job working on my teeth yesterday. They consistently made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedures, explained in depth what they were doing, including how the procedures will help me in the future and described to me how I can improve my dental hygiene.The practice is clean, friendly, fun and welcoming, with TVs on the ceiling to entertain patients whilst they have their appointments.This was the best service I have ever experienced from a dentist and I highly recommend them to other families.
I was referred to Warner pediatric from a friend, and I’ll be referring my friends with kids too! The office is so clean and inviting, the staff is friendly and helpful. The hygienist and Dr were great with my daughter. We will be going back in 6 months !
The absolute best pediatric dental office!! Every single person in the office was kind, thoughtful, competent, and considerate of each of my four kids and me, as the parent. We went to their Encinitas office for years, but this new office is closer so we (hesitantly) tried this office out of convenience.Their new office is fun, beautifully decorated and very, very clean. We were immediately greeted by the warmest staff, including the dentist, Dr. Hope, and the kids were instantly distracted by fun things they had for them in the office. We had zero wait time, ZERO tears (even with an unexpected cavity filling for my 7 year old!) and they didn’t try to talk me into extra, 💰unnecessary work, which is huge. Dr. Hope and her tech were both incredibly kind and reassuring with each of my kids, which makes all the difference.Clearly I can’t say enough good things about this place! Grateful to have such a good pediatric dentist nearby!They end with a coin for the toy vending machine (just like their Encinitas office).
