I had a dental cleaning scheduled and they refuse to do cleaning or exam because I chose not to do x-rays because I’m pregnant. They wanted me to contact my old dental office to receive x-rays and I have to reschedule. So I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes when nobody said anything about this until I got into the room with the doctor. The people in front have no idea what’s going on. The dental assistant or hygienist wanted me to sign a form that I am refusing x-rays when I had no treatment done. You cannot make people take x-rays when they are pregnant!!!!

I had a good experience with two cavities that were deep and each of the fillings took an hour but were completed to my satisfaction. Also, I recently got new denture plate and am happy with it. Dr. Roong and assistant were very professional.

This was my clinic. I waited on the phone for an hour for them to tell me they moved and got rid of my records. Instead of treating my like a return patient that I am I got advised not to go there even though it’s the only place for my insurance. Also if they can’t take new patients why make people wait an hour just leave an automated message.I feel like deleting patients records should be illegal but what do I know.
