My wife had a dnc and they forced us to give them 1400 dollars upfront for the surgery. Once we got to the hospital my wife got completely ready with an IV. We were on the operating table and the doctor just didn’t show up. Apparently he was sick and wanted to do the surgery anyways. Obviously that is against hospital policy. No refund or even an attempt at an apology.

There should never be a reason that your 19 year old daughter calls you crying because of the experience she had with a provider, who is supposed to care about women and understands what they're going through. Yet here we are.My daughter has always struggled with debilitating pain with every period. It has gotten significantly worse in the last 1.5yrs. Each month she's in so much pain, to the point she throws up. She has lost 20lbs since this began. We took her to the ER and the imaging showed a large endometrioma on her ovary. So she started going to MOMDOC. The first two providers she saw were great. They had her try a few different birth controls but one had her sick all the time and the other caused her to have a period continuously for over a month until she stopped it. The pain only decreased slightly while on them. The last provider she saw said if the birth control wasn't helping then come back and they could either try a different one or consider surgery to see if it's endometriosis. She avoided it for months because she is TERRIFIED of surgery but the pain was unbearable and she couldn't take it anymore. She was also concerned about her fertility in the future. So she schedules an appt and is seen by who she believes was Keli Amparan. Keli was dismissive, rude, and condescending. She told her "We don't just give out surgeries". When Jayde explained why she thought she had endometriosis (symptoms, experiences from other women in her life who had it, etc) and her concern for her fertility, Keli said "Endometriosis doesn't cause infertility", and in response to people suggesting it could be endo, she asked "Well are they nurses?". Jayde forgot to mention her aunt who is a Nurse Practioner and also suspected endo.First of all, for her to say that Endometriosis doesn't cause fertility is insane when it's a know cause of infertility. Even the Mayo Clinic talks about how important it is to catch it early and have surgery to preserve fertility. You don't have to be a nurse to know this.Jayde also explained the pain with intercourse is horrible which is also a symptom of endometriosis. This is pain that began when the rest of her symptoms started to get worse. Keli referred her to a sex physical therapist. What a joke and a slap in the face! How dare Keli, or any provider, act in such a condescending way to someone who just wants to live her life without being in unbearable pain constantly! She's a disgrace as a medical provider for women. Her disgusting, repulsive attitude, and dangerously inaccurate medical knowledge, should be grounds for her medical license to be suspended. By the reviews, it appears this is normal behavior for her. Shame on her and shame on MomDoc for allowing providers like her to see patients.

I love this place! Brynea was so kind. I feel like I’m in good hands every time I go here.

I’m not one to write reviews but I did not have a good experience with momdoc. At the beginning I felt like I was shammed about my weight. Cassandra and Dr Shaw were the only good things I have to say about this place. Throughout my pregnancy, I had some ultrasound techs stay silent, which made me feel like something was wrong. I also had to retake glucose tests multiple times because they lost or damaged my blood sample. I found inconsistency with that as well; some staff saying I can not eat the day off and others saying I can. Then after me having to retake all of these they made me have to prick my finger for 2 weeks. All extra expenses that weren’t my fault. Flash forward to now after 9 months of making payments I noticed my balance hasn’t gone down. Apparently they’ve been applying late fees, which they never told me about. I asked about setting up a payment plan (since there’s no “due dates”) even then, late fees are automatically applied. No one ever told me about this and I can’t even pay down the balance. I genuinely feel stuck in an endless cycle of being stuck dealing with them.

Very, very pleased with Mom Docs, especially this location. I've been going here for a few years and love that Dr Goodman, who was my doctor for all my children for years. He left a wonderful legacy with Mom Docs. I highly recommend!
