Dr. Persaud strongly believes in doing frenectomy releases for tethered
oral tissues (lip, buccal, and tongue ties) with CO2 laser correctly and
completely the FIRST time. Why the TLC way? TLC has developed a specific
protocol using a TEAM APPROACH to include lactation support and bodyworker
(OT) in order to prevent reattachments and optimize oral function.

Tongue Tie Laser Center of Atlanta is AMAZING! My baby had a tongue tie, lip tie, and both cheek ties. We were able to get them corrected and begin therapy. Dr. Persaud, Amelia, and Stefani are so wonderful and helpful. Therapy has helped strengthen baby’s mouth along with lactation support which has helped her learn to latch with little to no pain! Before the tie releases, I suffered from cracked and bleeding nipples and my baby would always be so frustrated at the breast. Now we are able to latch and feed so much better than before!

I highly recommend the Tongue-tie Laser Center of Atlanta. As an adult having a tongue-tie release, I was so happy to find relief to my chronic face and neck pain. I found the therapy before and after the release to truly be invaluable. Dr. Persuad and my therapist, Amelia were amazing. They were so knowledgeable and made the process of changing lifetime habits, possible. I am so grateful to have gone through this process and would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing restrictions due to a tongue tie.

After seeing our baby was born with a tongue tie, but having no issues breastfeeding, we were told by our pediatrician not to worry about releasing it because she was eating fine and would be fine. Mothers instinct set in however that baby had a lot of tension. We were already under chiropractic care, and I did research learning that tongue ties can cause tension throughout the entire body. We asked our chiropractor to refer us to TTLCA, and it was a blessing! We found out our baby had a tongue, lip, and cheek tie! We felt immediately at home and a sense of peace with Stefani while doing OT before and after the procedure. Dr. Persaud is so nice to speak with and feels like he generally cares about you and your baby, and you're not just another patient. Jasmine, the LC, is very warm and easy to talk with during the procedure. Eva at the front desk is super sweet and has great customer service. Our baby is a brand new baby after having her releases and we are so glad we were guided to TTLCA. We will always sing praises of the business and what they can do to help your baby.

We found Tongue-tie Laser Center of Atlanta through online research after our baby started showing symptoms of having a tongue tie. What we liked most was not only their method of doing the releases, but having all the providers in house ready for your needs. Although we had a 90 minute commute each way, we knew we wanted quality work and in the end it was well worth every visit! All the staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about their work. We worked with Stefani and Dr. Persaud for treatment and were extremely happy with each visit and any time we needed to reach out extra, we were taken care of. They really take care of their patients and want what is best for them. Overall this is a great practice and we highly recommend!

We have had nothing but an amazing experience with each of the OTs, Lactation consultants, surgeon, etc. Amelia, Caroline, and Dr Persaud are an amazing team that all come together to make an unfortunate situation all that much better.
