The staff is always very friendly. Once I arrived I was put in a room within 5 minutes, and it was mere minutes before Dr. Shedd entered the room. Dr. Shedd is amazing! She is incredibly compassionate and never rushed. She makes you feel like you are the only patient she has for the day! She is genuinely concerned about you and your health. I have referred all my friends, and everyone has in turn done the same. Let's face it, no one looks forward to their "annual exam" but she makes it a good experience.

I have been a patient for years and always felt comfortable with my doctor and the service provided... until now. I scheduled my annual exam back in November 2024 for 1/3/2025. A couple weeks before my appointment I received a phone call that my appointment was cancelled due to the On-Call Schedule. I was understanding as I realize this may happen from time to time so I gave them grace and rescheduled. Fast forward, 4 days before my rescheduled appointment, they have cancelled again due to a schedule change, this time via text message. The text included instructing me to call a phone number to reschedule, I called the number and received a voicemail. This is unacceptable and unfair to do to women, especially because I told the front desk I have been experiencing pain and I am concerned about my health. If they do not have the staff to cover the On-Call Schedule and appointments scheduled months in advance, they should re-evaluate how they set up their scheduling process and/or stop taking new patients. I am extremely disappointed and will be looking elsewhere for a practice that cares about their patients and values their time.

I had an amazing experience at SWOR Women's Care for my first pregnancy appointment. The staff made me feel at home and were so friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Dr. Swor is an excellent doctor & surgeon. He is personable & thorough & you don't feel like a number. He spends time to answer all your concerns/questions. I have been going to Swor Womens Care for quite some time & always have a good experience. The nurses and staff are all excellent as well.

Just came back from my 1st appointment with Dr. Lichon. I am so grateful for her expertise & care when it comes to my perimenopause symptom management. She listens, she has solutions, & knowledge. The office staff was nothing but personable & welcoming. I highly recommend this office. I’d give them 10 stars if it were an option.
