I was there about a month ago.. It was so relaxing and helpful. The Nurses were great, anything I asked them they tried to accommodate me. The food was great, Heathy. I had to do some physio with Mat. He was wonderful, taught me how to walk up and down stairs. And getting up without putting stress on my back! Which I recently had BACK SURGERY. Done by the very talented Dr. Kevin Grant. Unfortunately I had to leave, I have a small dog at home. She was depressed. I was worried about her. But I must say, I enjoyed my stay there..

My mother was in the care of such wonderful nurses and staff at Providence. I am so appreciative and grateful for their genuine love and expert knowledge while caring for my ailing mom. I especially have to give great praise to nurse Monique. From day one, she was extremely attentive and supportive in healing my mom. She did an excellent job removing the staples from my mom’s hip replacement surgery. It was such a joy speaking with Monique and seeing how well she aided in her speedy recovery. I spoke with another resident residing across from my mom’s ward, who said Nurse Monique is truly the best there ever has been. Nothing but high praises for her. My mom called Monique a shining star in her life. My mom would also like to thank her physiotherapy team, Alexa, Ciara, and Dave for their tremendous efforts and patience when guiding her. She is looking forward to doing all the exercises they taught her. She was also very happy with Nurse Patricia’s care. She apologizes for not remembering everyone’s names. But was very pleased with the entire staff and team on the 4th Floor, A Wing. Thank you also for keeping such a clean and relaxing environment for my mom to recover in. The chapel was gorgeous and the Priest ever so kind to visit her and administer the Eucharist. Thank you to the cooking staff for the healthy food. Also to the cleaning staff and administration team. I spent a few months here while in recovery last summer/ fall The staff from nurses, pyshio, activities, and the cleaners were amazing. I can't thank you enough. I felt safe, cared for, and supported. I highly recommend this place for any family member. The church was my favorite place. I liked that I was able to go inside the church whenever I wanted. They also had puzzles throughout the building, which helped me waste time throughout my days or nights Thank you

This is a parking review only. This compound is huge. It consists of several adjoining buildings. The parking lot is a one way traffic. I recommended you to visit their website (map) to familiarize yourself with the area. You enter the main parking lot from the East side nearest to the Providence Hospital’s front entrance. In order to exit the parking lot, one needs to drive to the back (North side) and all the way around. You exit at the West side of the compound. There is one self serve kiosk located inside the Providence Hospital on your left hand side near the front entrance as you enter the building. It can easily be missed as its tuck behind a row of blue wheelchairs near the vending machine. The other kiosk is located outside near the parking lot exit (left hand side as you are driving out). In total, there are only 5 self serve kiosks available to serve the whole area. Their precise location is shown on their online map (website). Near the front entrance of Providence Hospital is the short term parking area. The parking prices are structured differently from the main parking lot. Parking passes are available and can be purchased through the self serve kiosk. There are speed bumps throughout the parking lot so drive with caution and look out for slow moving pedestrians. TIP: The parking lot is outdoor, so at night, some areas of the parking lot is poorly lit.

This review is about room condition, not staff. I know the facility is old however: 1. I'm in isolation room .. ventilation/ac is non existence.. it is so Stuffy.. how can I get better. 2. Cleanliness is lacking.. bed table is clean on top but sides and legs have NOT had a good cleaning. Really hate to think what the slideout portion is like. Floor in bathroom is not clean. Overall the room is a disgrace
