We were in a difficult position needing to quickly find a provider for my mother who has had strokes and his bed bound. And desert mobile medical were very quick and helpful in meeting our needs. I called Dr. Goel because I had an abnormal finding in a breast ultrasound. I had to wait 3 months for a MRI through my regular physician. Dr. Goel got me in for a MRI the following day. The results were healthy. I saved months of worry and doctor visits with just one call. Don’t wait to use Desert Mobile Medical. They get you prioritized care immediately! Service and experience were way beyond anything I could have hoped for! I got very sick traveling and was staying in a hotel in Scottsdale. Not only was Dr Goel fast to help, but he listened, was very caring, and extremely practical. He helped me and went above and beyond to get me the treatment I needed. Buyer beware. I chose Dr Goel for care because there were so many excellent Google reviews. Upon first phone call, he promptly responded, came to our home later that, and provided good medical care. We thought he was great. And then, things changed. I developed a very challenging medical condition and he became difficult to reach or communicate with. I had to request a referral several times over the course of weeks for a specialist which he ignored until I told him, begged him, that the specialist needed his referral to work with me. (My next doctor is amazing and sent referral same day). We have tried to cancel our membership now a couple of times via phone, email, written letter (per his demand) and to no avail. My husband and I were both charged again this month. So it’s a bit like the hotel California. Things start off well, but quickly become not so great. And then of course, you may never be able to leave…
