I have been going to Scranton Primary for over 20 years now! I started with Dr Mirza ( who is great in my opinion) And then Dr Singh took over my care a while back! I adore Dr Singh she is always attentive to my needs and wants, helps me get the proper care I need and is always respectful and concerned for my health!I do not know about the staff issues I read about, the staff is always kind and courteous to me when I arrive or call the clinic! Yes, some days maybe they are short with an answer but, being a former fast food manager I can understand the stress they sometimes are under! But, I have never been mistreated by any staff member at this clinic!!I gave 4, stars because on occasion the wait times are a bit long waiting for the staff to get you in the back or even waiting on the doctor! BUT at the same time I do understand good quality care does take a good doctor time with their patients.
Worst place ever !! Canceled my daughters appointment twice without notice. Had me sitting for minutes before finally telling us we weren't going to get seen her excuse was that she didn't want to see anymore patients.with no reason what so ever as to why she won't see my daughter. This was really time consuming with my daughters school year approaching what a waist of time don't go here they SUCK!!!!
DO NOT EVER GO HERE. They are breaking HIPPA regulation and have the worst customer service. The supervisor Ana Mateo who works there gives one of the most stupidest excuses regarding breaching the HIPPA Violation. Their customer service is the useless, they never calls back. They are wasting patient time and never cares about Patients personal information and the management makes dumbest excuses. It MIGHT have been MANY PATIENTS information could have been violated. I would not even give 1 star.
Never had a issue until recently. The assistant dug the suction so hard on my gum line that I had a big red/white spot on my gums and was extremely sore. My gum line hurt more than where the tooth was extracted.... Other than that they did make me feel comfortable and were also helpful. I forgive you girl just don't do it to the next person cause ouch
I went in today for a dental emergency and was seen the same day. I seen Dr Shaffer who was pleasant and caring. She stated I needed a Root Canal, sooner rather then later. She said I will be placed on a Sliding scale. They provided me with a form. I went the the front desk, and filled out the paperwork the lady looked at it, and said you have no income I explained no I do not, and she was very rude and said well I can't get you back in till August 27, 2019 and still wanted $60.00 even though I told her I had no income. I called the director and spoke to Joseph and he said it was not acceptable and said he will take care of it and get me a sooner apt, which he did for Thursday June 20, 2019 at 9:00 A.M. I am appreciated of that, now all I need to do is get the $60.00 for the apt. But I wanted to make everyone aware of how the front desk is if you have no income and can't pay even though they have a sign that says they will not turn you away for inability to pay. Overall despite the front desk woman and my income issue with her, it was a good experience and hope that my tooth issue is taken care of next week.This is my reply to the owners response, I was forced to reschedule my Appt, due to lack of funds, even though it is clearly printed on the wall no one will be turned away due to inability to pay or insurance. they want $60.00 which I do not have, as I have no income. There sliding scale says the most you pay if you fall into the poverty guidelines which I clearly do is $30.00 they demand $60.00 now I have to wait till July 17, 2019 to see the Dr. again hopefully I have the funds by then.
