I walked in for an emergency and was IMMEDIATELY told off by the receptionist. My concern was the cost for services and before I could finish my sentence the receptionist got a rude attitude. Then to top it off as I was leaving she CONTINUED being rude and telling me off to my back all the way out the door!!! Whoever manages the staff needs to fire the receptionist working on Jan 1 immediately.
Excellent professional care. It is a Freestanding ER but they are open 24/7 and have a CAT scan and can get immediate lab results. I was in a room , had and IV placed and labs drawn , was seen by a physician and on my way to Cat scan within 20 min of walking through the door.
I had been in another local ER, waited 2.5 hrs and was told it would be at least another 2 hr wait before being brought into a room.
I am thrilled to have found this little gem.
They do Emergency care the right way
I have been here several times, and my experience has been mostly good. Unfortunately, yesterday they ran a bunch of tests and dismissed me, telling me to follow up with a doctor, when it was my doctor who sent me there in the first place. I think they didn't actually look at my CT scan...the doctor said my ovaries looked fine, but I asked for my paperwork (always get a copy of your paperwork!) and the CT scan omitted my ovaries entirely and the ultrasound plainly said they couldn't see them. Not only that, but I have two physical irregularities - distinct , unchangeable abnormalities- that show up on every single CT scan except for the one performed yesterday. So, the doctor was dishonest about her findings, and the doctor who wrote the CT report missed glaring irregularities, leading me to wonder if they ever looked at them at all. The nurse and radiology tech were amazing. So kind, and so lovely. But my God - the lack of legitimate care here is stunning, and their testing is a joke. Now my doctor needs to schedule an actual CT with an actual doctor to read it, further delaying my care. This place seems alluring due to its low wait times, but their questionable practices and lack of actual care will cost you.
Awful experience! My husband wasn’t even in the room for 15 mins. They tested him for strep- came back 10mins later and told him to take Tylenol! His throat has been sore for almost a month , now he has a small lump to touch and his regular doc. Can’t see him until the beginning of November! They flat out didn’t care about taking any other precautions! The PA told him they don’t give out antibiotics. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone! Go to the Walk-in clinic instead
We were in the waiting room, and a gentleman, ( possibly a security guard,) came in and went behind the desk. Made some comment and removed a shoe from a desk. The woman stated that she kept it there as a reminder. He picked up the shoe and put it under the desk, then walked out. 2 minutes later, he came back and reprimanded the woman about being here 33 years and was quite hostile. The woman stated it was part of her desk area. He did not like her answer and opened the door, slamming it while commenting under his breath. He walked out the front door. Again, he came back in hostile. The woman did everything in her power to remain professional. He was out right rude. Your sign states a place of mutual respect. Not with this guy.
