I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dental clinic. Dr. Moin failed to complete my treatment, leaving me with half of a cut crown infused with porcelain. This caused significant pain and discomfort, and despite my situation, I did not hear from the doctor for two weeks. I was left in the dark with a broken tooth, it was truly a horrifying experience.Additionally, I was not sedated properly during the procedure, which clearly indicated a lack of expertise. Then I started receiving "friendly" reminders about two charges. When I called the receptionist, Kim, to discuss this, I was met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. She claimed it was "fair" for the doctor to charge me but how is it fair for the patient? In the end, it took months before I could extract the tooth, meaning the x-rays and procedures were done for nothing.To top it all off, the receptionist, Kim, hung up on the phone — how ironic, to send "friendly" reminders and yet the receptionist was the complete opposite of that.This clinic lacks basic patient care and professionalism. If you're looking for a polite, competent dental office, I recommend staying far away from this place.

They don't take aetna, and they won't tell you until you get the bill. Aetna also said they overcharged. Lastly, when I asked the receptionist why she didn't tell me about the insurance she was super rude. So dental care is good, but everything else has been poor. Not coming back after 5 visits.

Thanks to Dr Moin and Wallingford Dental Care, I can look forward to going to the dentist again! I felt welcome the moment I entered the office. All of the staff are kind, patient and ready to provide information. Their gentle but thorough approach is greatly appreciated, and Dr. Moin took the time to explain exactly what was going to happen before it happened, and thoughtfully provide his expert opinions on treatment and care options moving forward.I'm so glad I found them, and would certainly recommend.

I’ve had a fantastic experience at Wallingford Dental. The staff is very kind and professional, especially the Office Manager, Kim.They have a warm, inviting, clean environment and I’ve really enjoyed my last several cleanings.If you’re in the Freemont / Wallingford / Greenlake / U District areas you should definitely check them out and consider making WDC your new dental health destination.

I’m a new patient to this dental practice and after having had an initial exam, and cleaning it was decided to have a number of small cavities filled. It’s been 8 years since seeing a dentist, life got in the way. So I came back to see the good doctor and staff and have the fillings done. Several years ago I suffered a stroke that left me in rough shape, so when it came to having Novocain I had to take a pass. It triggers me….. but Molly and Doctor Moin were amazing with me. Through a number of less invasive means they managed to take care of all the fillings with zero pain. The entire staff at Wallingford Dental are truly great. Thank you 🏼
