Simona, Dr. Chu, and the entire team have been consistently fantastic—professional, understanding, and incredibly supportive.I even recommended them to my friend, who also had a great experience. 👏 The clinic is impeccably clean, and Dr. EJ ensured that the process was painless and comfortable.For UW students, life-wise insurance works seamlessly at Union Bay Dental Care, and I've yet to encounter any issues. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service and would encourage others to give them a try. 👏💙
Dr. Cho and the hygienist Olessya, and all other staff are very attentive and make sure all my questions are answered. They helped me understand how things can occur and are also open to suggest preventive home care. I really appreciate them. Highly recommend!
Hey folks. In case you’re looking at this place because you are interested in the Groupon that they offer, please be aware that the Groupon does not include Cleaning. This is an additional $150 if a basic cleaning and even more is a deep cleaning.
Union Bay Dental is dope! I recently moved to Seattle and hadn’t found a new dentist, but they were able to get me in for a quick semi-emergency repair even though their schedule was completely booked. The staff were more than helpful, and Dr. Cho did an amazing job fixing the painful issue with my tooth. I can’t thank Dr. Cho and the staff enough for getting me in on such short notice and taking time to give advice on how to proceed with any future dental work (I almost shed a happy tear after my experience). Bonus note, I appreciated that I could look out the big windows while they worked on my teeth. I'm hyped to go back for a regular teeth cleaning.
From the moment I walked into the office I felt welcomed and at ease. It's been forever since I've visited the dentist so I was a bit nervous, but I felt so well taken care of by all of the staff. The receptionist was wonderful, as was the dental hygienist. Dr. Cho was so kind and informative. Highly recommend!
