Hôpital Centre-De-La-Mauricie – Urgence

Employees are awesome, also the food and the rooms exceptionnal. Bed is awesome, the view crazy and the accomodations perfect. Also, during Covid, Breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks are delivered in room service every days with a new mask and a glass.

I was injured in La Mauricie National park and was delivered to this hospital for medical treatment. Both doctors and nurses are very kind and professional. They treat me very well. Thank you so much!

This hospital is a joke! My partner came in to emergency with a severe tooth ache/infection and migraine. He was reduced to tears in the waiting room and we waited 4+ hours to see a doctor. If you have patients in severe pain waiting around for hours, there is something wrong and much that needs to be improved. The nurse on duty also did not seem to care one bit. Very displeased with this place.If you have an emergency and come here, I wish you luck.

Waited at the emergency for 12 hours with my daughter, never called us, so we left for Montreal, took less than an hour. If you can go somewhere else, go somewhere else, their services are unprofessional and take forever.

I am glad to be in Canada and have access to public health. Every time I needed to be in this hospital I was very well served. Congrats to the polite and curteous staff.
