Until I met Danika whom showed me exactly how to target and reduce my lower back pain. I’ve been continuing to use her recommended exercises and I feel young again. Thank you Clinique CKO! 💯

4 months agoSimon is simply the best physical therapist I have ever seen in my life (all categories: physio, kinesio, massage, etc.). He has an excellent understanding of anatomy and explains very well. Beautiful approach combining manual therapeutic maneuvers to relieve tension + targeted exercises to prevent recurrence.
